FULLY SEEN in CANADA – International Soul Art Day

At the end of May I was invited by my long time mentor and soul sister Laura Hollick in Canada to join her in the Soul Art Studio along with 4 other great artists Amadea Bailey, Outi Harma, Jess Webb and Lucinda Rae to create art broadcasted live for International Soul Art Day.

It was a great opportunity knocking on my door to expand my visibility, to connect with like-minded creative spirits in person and finally go on an adventure (even-though I truly had not planned for it in my budget). My spirit clearly had no doubt and said “Oh YEAH! I am going on a trip!!” And so I did.

I was wholeheartedly welcomed in Canada by a dear soul seestar I met on facebook (yes sometimes you really do get to meet in person after all!!) In the big international airport of Toronto we met without waiting or looking for another… we just popped up at the same time at the same place… Oh the joys of full alignment and divine timing.

Connecting with my fellow intuitive artists was incredibly fun, playful and nurturing my creative soul and sense of belonging. Before I went on my trip I had channeled a drawing tuning into the energy of the event (see first image above) and truly so many aspects seen in the picture manifested during this wonderful trip: Laura’s white dress, a creative and real tropical storm outside filling the air with electricity. I felt so wonderfully comfortable in my body, my spirit and with the other artists and our hosts Laura Hollick and her partner Kevin Thom, who was the divine masculine support and keen creative eye behind the cameras capturing our light and creations.

Laura led us through a process she calls BodyMapping – a powerful tool to manifest intentions and really create desired change through our bodies to birth into life. We clarified our intentions, did some quick intuitive drawing, consciousness writing, flipped through magazine images, and picked angel cards for extra guidance. And then the creative storm of almost 4 hours began… creative life sized art pieces.

My initiation with Laura was all about expansion to be fully seen by a larger audience and literally draw on bigger canvases!!! I usually draw on a size like A4 (Letter size) or smaller… this time as we outlined our bodies I had to fill a piece of paper by the size of 3 x 2 meters!! Luckily I discovered that the pencils and markers were water solvable and so adding water to the colors enabled me to also cover a larger amount of space.

All these aspects of the creative process gave me such valuable keys how to grow and expand into more of my essence. “Go bigger, add flow, enjoy the comfort in your body, express boldly to feel empowered!”

I am super grateful I followed the call to take this adventure, for Laura’s invitation and the exquisit care she offered us with presents, delicious food, her creative space, colors, creative material, wisdom and her incredible bright and inspiring spirit! I am truly honored to have found such inspiring creative lighthouse like Laura to believe that I too can be the artist that I am, fully expressed and fully seen!

Last but not least I want to share 2 pieces of intuitive “conscious-stream-writing” I did during my process in the Soul Art Studio to receive guidance:

BOLD

“Let yourself be expressed boldly to embody the cosmic movement getting you sensually into your body so then lean back to receive the pleasure of it all. Relax, rejoice in cosmic union that you came here for: bold, naked, sensual expression to let the cosmos lean back inside of you.”

WILD

“Get wild in an open space to be seeing your bright light. Dance to the moonlight as the stars fall around you to support you. And just like Sterntaler (Starchild) gather it up in your arms and let it all fall into your chest, your heart to bloom open with sparkling delight. Each light pop open into new galaxies pullling you into your core.”
